Sure. We use imported raw materials from good reputation companies, and we tested the raw materials each lot. We make tests with each ink lot.
Q. Do you provide warranty for your offset sublimation ink?
We provide 1 year (12monthes) free warranty for the offset sublimation ink. Within 1 year, if the ink has any problems, we promise 1:1 replacement for defective goods.
Q. Is your offset sublimation ink no harm to human body?
Our offset sublimation ink is no harm to human body. We have SGS, PONY, EBO MSDS reports.
Q. Can we use customized logo?
Sure. We provide OEM service.
