  ‑ Offset (Sheet‑fed): ✅ Only recommended, suitable for single / two / multi‑color offset press. ‑ Letterpress / Flexo: × Not compatible. ‑ Gravure: × Not applicable.

  Note: Air‑dry type, NOT UV‑curing ink; “UV‑fluorescent” means glowing under UV‑lamp 365 nm.

  Substrate Compatibility

  ‑ Paper (coated art paper, card board, offset paper): Excellent ‑ Metallic paper / foil card: Good ‑ PET / PVC: Conditional, primer coating required ‑ PP / PE / Metal tinplate: Not recommended for this grade.

  Package Options

  ‑ 1 kg/tin: Standard stock package, 12 tins per carton; for sampling & medium‑batch orders. ‑ 18 kg/drum: For mass continuous offset production; consume within 4 months after opening.

  Storage & Shelf‑life

  Store at 5‑25 ℃, cool, dry, dark place, keep tightly sealed. Avoid direct sunlight (UV light degrades fluorescent pigment). Unopened shelf‑life: 36 months from production date. After opening: Use within 4 months. Stir well before use. Discard when crusting or gelling occurs.

• Is this UV‑curing ink? No. It is air‑dry offset fluorescent ink. It emits fluorescence under 365 nm UV lamp, not cured by UV light.
• MOQ: 1 kg for stock items. Please contact sales for 18 kg drum MOQ.
• Lead time: 2‑3 working days for stock; 7‑10 working days for custom matching.
• Shipping: DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS, air freight, sea freight available, with DGM certificate for chemical transport.
• Why low fluorescent brightness? Thin ink film; high‑absorbing substrate; long‑term UV exposure. Lamination is recommended for finished print.
• Can it print PP/PE or metal sheet? Not recommended. This ink is optimized for paper substrates. Please select special grade for plastic & metal.
• EN71‑3 passed: Compliant for paper part of toy printing. Not for direct food contact.
