Important: KRE47‑PP‑A is eccentric version, CANNOT directly replace KR47 PP‑A.

Installation & Replacement Guide

1. Power‑off & lock‑out printing press, clean cam track from ink & paper dust.
2. Remove old cam follower with proper socket wrench. Do NOT hammer roller surface.
3. Inspect cam track for scratch, burr; clean mounting thread hole.
4. Pre‑grease; do NOT over‑fill grease.
5. Screw in new KR47 PP‑A, tighten nut to 120 Nm torque. Avoid over‑torque.
6. Manually jog press several cycles, check smooth rotation without noise / jamming before production run.
